Refund policy

IMPORTANT:

1. All Sales are Final.

2. No cash refund except for no-stock item(s). Refund process will take within 30 days.

3. No cash refund on any defective items. We will do exchange only.

4. No refund on issue for example on situations: change of mind or just don't like the item. 

5. No cash refund on not suitable, not match, change mind situation.

6. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained. 

7. Please note that Ready stock items cannot ship together with Back-order items, you will be request for extra shipping fees for preorder item to complete order during check out.

8. If there are stains or any defects on the inside of the clothes that do not affect the wear and appearance of the outside, they will not be replaced.

9. There might be 1-3 cm differences in the measurements given due to manual measuring the product. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please contact our sales-service (6016-3063022) your stats to gauge your best fit.

 

We ONLY support <SIZE EXCHANGE> at the moment:

1. Free Size items is not available for exchange.

2. Size exhange / damaged / wrong / faulty items (apart from sale items) must be sent back within 7 days from the received date for exchange (Delivered date will be based on the date given by courier system).

4. All sale and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UN-IRONED, UNSEPARATED, DOES NOT BREAK with all the tags and the original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.

6. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages.

7. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.

8. RM10 (WM) / RM15 (EM) shipping charges are to be borne by customers.

9. We will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness due to third party delivery partner. However we will help you on the process to track and inquire on your parcel.

10. We reserves the right to reject any request to ship these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.

 

PICK UP:

1. Please arrange for pickup within 7 days from order date. After 7 days, we do not support any exchange or refund if the product is broken or missing.

2. If the goods are not picked up within 30 days after the order is completed, the goods will be discarded.

3. Any orders that have ready stock items and back-order items, Customer service will inform to pick up ready stock items first, and will inform again when back-order items are ready for pick up.

1. You must select "pick up" at checkout and remark "SHIP LATER". Orders that do not indicate "Ship Later" will be treated as "Pick-up".

2. All orders will only be shipped after the customer pays the shipping fee. Please refer to the "Join order Rules".

3. When paying the shipping fees, please remark all the Order ID that you wanted to ship together. Order ID that did not being remark will not be shipped together (except for pre-order items - please refer to the back-order rules)

4. All "ship later" orders will not be supported for return or exchange if they are not scheduled to be shipped after 4 days (from the date of order placement).

5. Orders held for more than one month will be discarded without prior notice and no refunds or cancellations will be allowed.

6. Free shipping promotion is only applicable to single receipts exceeding RM250 (West Malaysia) / RM300 (East Malaysia).

7. If there is a new order that you would like to ship together with the orders that have been arranged for shipment, please check with customer service immediately if the parcel has already shipped. BACK-ORDER (BO)

1. Items stated (BO) means back-order item, we will only ship out the item when it's arrived. (Might take 2 - 4 weeks time or longer)

2. Any orders that have ready stock items and back-order items together will be charge twice shipping fees, as we will ship out the items separately. Ready stock items will ship first once ready. Sames goes to "Pick Up" orders. Customer service will inform to pick up ready stock items first, and will inform again when back-order items are ready for pick up.

3. Ready stock items are not allow to hold until Back-order items arrived. Same goes to "Ship later" order, customer must pay shipping fees for ready stock items to ship out first; and once back-order items arrive, our customer service will inform and collect the shipping fees to ship out Back-order items.

4. Once you received your Back-order items, you are valid for size exchange within 7 days (from the received date)

5. For pick up orders, customer service will inform for Back-order items pick up. Please arrange pick up within 7 days (from the day you received inform message) to valid for 7 days size exchange policy.



【Issue On Color Resolution / Pattern】

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern / design may vary slightly from what you see. If you have any doubt on our products, please make your purchase directly from the store to avoid disappointment.

尺码退换条规(目前只支持size 更换):

1. 均码商品不可换货。

2. 尺寸更换/损坏/错误/有缺陷的商品(除促销商品外)必须在收到货之日起7天内寄回(收货日期将以快递公司系统给出的日期为准)。

5. 在任何情况下,退回的物品必须保持原始状态、未磨损、未改变、未清洗、未熨烫、未分离、未破损以及所有标签和原始包装。客服在收到货物后将进行检查。

6. 该物品在到达我们手中之前将由您全权负责。请确保正确包装您退回的物品,以避免损坏。

7. 所有不符合上述标准的退货将不予受理,并会将物品退回给客户。

9. 若第三方快递公司造成的包裹丢失/迟到,我们将不承担任何责任。但是,我们会协助您跟踪和查询您的包裹。

门店取货:

1. 请于下单后7天内安排取货。 7天后,如果产品有任何破损或缺失,我们将不支持任何换货或退款。

3. 若订单里有现货和预购商品,客服将会先通知顾客自取现货商品。预购商品到货时会另行通知取货。

预购商品:

1. 注明 BO 的商品是指预购商品,我们只会在商品到货后才发货。(可能需要 2 - 4 周或更长时间)

2. 任何有现货商品和预购商品一起的订单将收取两份运费,因为我们将分开发货。现货商品一旦准备好将先发货。”自取“的订单,客服也会先通知顾客来自取现货商品,预购商品到货了,客服会再另行通知取货。

3. 现货商品不允许保留到预购商品到货了才寄出。 “稍后发货/SHIP LATER ”的订单也是如此。客户必须先支付现货商品的运费;一旦预购商品到货,我们的客服将通知顾客并收取运费以寄出预购商品。

4. 一旦您收到预购商品,您可以在 7 天内(从收到货品之日起)更换尺码。
